Home made gravy.

This was past onto me from my mum, she always makes it for Christmas dinner.

1 Carrot washed, peeled cut in half.

1 onion halved.

1 stick celery washed, top & tailed and halved.

Giblets.

2 tsp mixed herbs.

1. Using medium/large pan (depending how much gravy being made) fill with water, add all the ingredients, bring to the boil, simmer for 1 & 1/2 hours.

2. Using fat from chicken/turkey put 1 tbsp plain flour, smooth out any lumps, pour in the juice form pan as much is needed.

Serve with roast dinner.
