1/4 whire cabbage.
1 medium apple.
2 x 15ml spoons of egg fee mayonnaise.
1. Shred the cabbage into thin strips.
2. Top and tail the carrot, peel and grate.
3. Peel and grate the apple.
4. Place in a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise.
5. Mix all the ingredients together.
Perfect accompaniment to a salad, fish, tuna and cold meat or with a sandwich.
