Vegetable dip.

1 cup finely chopped  celery.

1 tbsp chopped chives.

3 tomatoes finely chopped.

1 carrot shredded.

1/2 small cucumber finely chopped.

1 tsp garlic vinegar.

1/2 tsp salt.

1/8 tsp black pepper.

dash Worcestershire sauce.

 

Combine first 5 ingredients. Blend the remaining ingredients. Combine the vegetables and vinegar mixture, chill 2-3 hours. Serve with assorted crackers.
