Easy Custard.April 16, 2012
1 pt milk.
2 tbsp sugar.
2 tbsp custard powder.
1. Pour all but a 1/4 pt milk into pan.
2. Add custard powder and sugar to left over milk.
3. Gently bring the milk to the boil over moderate heat, so it dose not burn. Pour milk into 1/4 pt milk stir until mixed together.
4. Pour back into pan still over moderate heat stirring all the time until it starts to thicken. Pour over desert.
